I found this dress at a yard sale.
I immediately thought it might fit Amy
It has very pretty embroidered details.
Here is the dress on our Hearts 4 Hearts doll Amy.
Close-up of bodice - way too big!
I put the dress on inside out and pinned to the doll.
I sewed along the pin line and blend out into skirt.
Trimmed off the excess and then zig-zagged
all along my stitching line.
AND, here is the dress remade!
I moved the bow from the back to the side.
And we are very happy to have a
beautiful ball dress for Amy.
